Disable debug mode for APKs

When uploading APKs to Google Play, I receive the following failure message.

You uploaded a debuggable APK or Android App Bundle. For security reasons you need to disable debugging before it can be published in Google Play. Learn more about debuggable APKs or Android App Bundles.

I do not have any debugging or logging in my code. I did not see any way to build APKs with debugging turned off in the androidjs documentation. Will there be a way to do that in the future?
