Airfoil Optimization in PyFluent guidance

Im working on a project where I need to run CFDs for a lot of different airfoil designs. I was hoping to use PyFluent to help automate this process. I was wondering if there are any suggestions on how to best tackle this problem using PyFluent, or if there are better tools for this project. Ideally I would be able to read a preset FLUENT case file and change the geometry slightly to resemble match a new airfoil, and I was wondering if this is possible.
