I am using Python to extract the settings of a Fluent case and I need to access the mesh infos (cell number), initialization and timestep settings. Using this function ( code below) I managed to get the bc conditions, named expressions, models, materials etc but I can't access the mesh, timestep and initialization data and I didn't find anything in the user guide. Is it not working because it's only accessible in a .dat file?
