Reloading breaks plotly

After merging #2346, it looks nice:

But when you reload....

Surprise!...

The same page can be load in Incognito and it will look ok until you reload.

I guess something is stuck on the page memory... probably because of this line:

html_js_files = ["https://cdn.plot.ly/plotly-3.0.1.min.js"]
