Show VCS indication if files / folders are deleted

Right now, there is no way of knowing from looking at the tree-view if you deleted a file or folder (in a git repository). It would be awesome if there was some tree-view equivalent of the deleted line indicator shown in the gutter of a Text Editor:

I miss this from TextMate 2 and can provide screenshots for how they handle it

And both of these delete and rename actions can be undone with Undo or cmd+z or redone with Redo or cmd+shift+z

Essentially, the goal is to preserve vcs status in the file view. If vcs status is aware of the file in some fashion, so too should the Atom file tree be aware. If a vcs commit alters the vcs status, then so to should the Atom file tree be altered.

Tasks for improving VCS integration for tree-view:

• Show deleted files if tracked by the current status
  • Show via altered name color
  • Show via small icon on file icon
• Track add/delete/rename actions
• Allow undo/redo of add/delete/rename actions
  • Consider removing confirmation dialogue for delete actions

On a side note, I already have a custom Atom style to add git status icons, but of course can not support deleted files, yet.
