presignedUrl for download s3 object presigned by S3RequestPresigner causes SignatureDoesNotMatch error in typescript

Prerequisite

I tried to get presigned URL with custom parameter, so I implement below code.
But accessing downloadUrl generated by below method caused SignatureDoesNotMatch.

I get to know the reason of above.
When the target S3 object's key contain "=", it will be error.
