AWS bedrock invoke model command

Hi, I'm trying out AWS bedrock service and after going through the docs I figured below is how I'd make a request to a particular LLL model through bedrock

        contentType: "application/json",
        accept: "*/*",
        body: JSON.stringify({"prompt":"hello","maxTokens":200,"temperature":0,"topP":250,"stop_sequences":[],"countPenalty":{"scale":0},"presencePenalty":{"scale":0},"frequencyPenalty":{"scale":0}})
    };

    const command = new InvokeModelCommand(input);

    try {
        const data = await client.send(command);
}

However, I keep getting below error. Any help would really be appreciated!

ValidationException: Malformed input request: 2 schema violations found, please reformat your input and try again.
