The app is very slowly and need huge resource

I need to ask about the minimum requirement to run the app? and when run the command yarn dev the web is very slowly how can optimize them or if any missing config can be did?

Same issue, after running yarn dx

in a 5-10 mins nest-router-worker consumes more than 5-7 Gb ram and exit with OOM error

Hey all @abdallahmalkawi-94 @nesterone , from my testing, the current built app is lightweight and quite performant.

If you're running yarn dx or yarn dev, it's likely that due to type checking, hot module reloading, and a known fact that NextJS + Turbo dev server might still have memory leak issue in development mode, as mentioned in #54708.

If you want to run the app with better performance, you could try building the app:

• Run yarn build
• Start a docker instance with postgres
  docker run --rm -e POSTGRES_DB="cal-saml" -e POSTGRES_PASSWORD="" -e POSTGRES_HOST_AUTH_METHOD=trust -p 5450:5432 -d postgres:13
• Run yarn workspace @calcom/prisma db-deploy
• Update your .env DATABASE_URL='postgresql://postgres@localhost:5450/cal-saml

I need to chime in.

Did my first ever install last night.

Performance is very slow.

Can never have a successful yarn build; always have this:

ERROR run failed: command exited (1)`

yarn dx will re-compile pages every time it loads something. Eventually it will crash with OOM.

Repeat this and makes cal.com unusable.

I'm on Dual Xeon, assigned 8 vCPU, 24GB RAM, running in LXC in Proxmox 7. Nothing is running after a crash, and it consumes 8.7GB out of the 24GB.

I have no idea no to make it compile production version.

@anoopw3bdev you can try what I did to make it work.

First of all, when I did it, I need the correct version of "yarn". I followed this and it will install the correct version. You try this first.

Then give it 32GB of memory for the compilation to work. I'm using Proxmox, so I can assign/reduce memory as needed. If you are on pure hardware, you need to add plenty more ram to your PC.

Then assign more memory to yarn by following this guide.

Then it should compile.
