Hey there, @igavriil! I'm here to help you with any bugs, questions, or contributions you have. Let's tackle this issue together! I found a similar issue titled "[CAL-4357] Auto no show detection for Cal Video hosts" which was closed after a pull request implemented a feature for automatic no-show detection [1]. This might be related to the problem you're experiencing. It could be helpful to review the changes made in the pull request to see if they address your issue. Additionally, ensure that your setup aligns with any new requirements or configurations introduced by that update. To continue talking to Dosu, mention @dosu. Help Dosu learn! I am trying to receive show no-show webhooks when integrating with cal.com conferencing app (daily.co).
I've enabled these webhooks on the org level / user level /team event level,
with different time/units
and tried various scenarios:
but I haven't been able to receive any webhook (
AFTER_HOSTS_CAL_VIDEO_NO_SHOW
orAFTER_GUESTS_CAL_VIDEO_NO_SHOW
)I also made sure when joining to stay on the call for long enough (>5 minutes).
I have reviewed the code and could spot something.
I cannot test daily.co since i don't have the API key to interact with their API to get a meeting's participants.
Interestingly enough these no-shows also don't appear in the booking insights.
Am i missing something about these webhooks?
Are these trigger under some special conditions / plans / events?
