[feature request] adding menu item for 'CTRL+D' (x2 bigger)/key map override/saving settings in cookie for next time

[CTRL]+[D] Was a pleasant surprise (I'm using the x2 mode on my desktop WinAmp too),
it would be great to add it to the right-click menu,

saving the location of the player, size and other preferences would be nice feature to have too :]

I wish I could take this wonderful thing and place it in my website,
as a plugin of-some-sort.

I’m actually working on adding hotkeys to context menus right now. The hot keys are being passed to the menu item component, but I need to figure out the css to get the alignment correct.

Regarding persisting state, I think there’s already an issue for this: #495

Would you be at all interested in working on persisting state? Because of our Redux architecture, it should be pretty easy.
