Notify Followers when Publishing Kata

This is a fairly simple idea, to add value to the "follow" feature. Simply, when someone you follow publishes a new Kata, you should receive a notification alerting you to it.

Benefits:

• More exposure for beta kata, attracts solvers more quickly
• A useful reason to follow people
