bug: when pencil is selected, disable the component selector for all shapes

Description
When you select pencil and start drawing near any shape, the shape selector is toggled and it understands it user is resizing so both the actions are happening simultaneously

• pencil drawing
• shape resizing

We need to disable the shape selector when a pencil component is selected. This can be achieved by looking at the board primary sidebar info to check if "Pencil" is toggled on or not.
