inventory is not cross-platform

Options

  • who should own the macro?
    • I'd like to have my own test attributes
  • Stablize inventory-like thing?
    • Can't have tests in functions today because rustc can't collect it
    • A linked-based solution would be better
    • People not fans of a proc-macro solution

linkme is closer to what dtolany wants to see merged

Splitting proper test enumeration into #40. We can use linkme in the short term
