Additional markdown in bios

Description

I suggest to add all embed markdown functionality to newly added bot bios, and maybe users. With also ignoring markdown symbols in the bio. Since bios are pretty small, but people still want to use some markdown there, and sometimes that could be a problem. As a solution to that, the easiest way is to use this rendered thing (screenshot) as marker on how many symbols you may use in the bio.

Why is this needed?

First of all, that would be really helpful and will look really nice. The second thing, since there is a small limit on both user and bot info size, we can't use markdown very much. And the third thing is links, which are not supported in bios at all. The users and especially bots may links their websites, and when the link is really long - that could be a problem, but using URL shortener is not a good idea too, since link may look like malicious one plus would look really bad as whole.

I like your idea of having Link Markdowns in a bio, but for the size part I probably think this is more of a character limit increase request because I don't think Discord could ignore Markdown symbols in the character count.
