Get Thread Member Endpoint

There seems to be an endpoint to get a list of thread members, but this requires the guild members intent. I think there should be a way to get a specific thread member similar to how you can get a specific guild member. This can be useful to check if a user has joined a thread or not.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think there's currently a way to check this since according to #3485, thread members aren't sent when connecting to the gateway. On top of that, thread member updates aren't sent for other users if you don't have the guild members intent.

To add to this, even if thread members were sent while connecting that would likely also require the members intent, like as with guild members.

It looks like making a GET request to /channels/:channelID/thread-members/:userID returns a 405 method not allowed, making it seem like fetching a thread member is specifically disallowed. Is there a reason for this?

that is just a http response code which means that that route doesn't support that request method, it doesn't actually mean it's "disallowed"
