Rejoining groups upon reconnection

I was looking through this: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/aspnet/signalr/overview/security/introduction-to-security#rejoingroup and thought about is it possible to rejoin groups already joined upon reconnection to signalr hub. I do know that the above mentioned document refers to signalr available in ASP .NET wondering if it is possible in signalr available in ASP .NET Core.
