[DOCS] (via Msilb) 'For Indexers & Data Providers' page/callout

Idea:
Every single data-related tool in crypto (i.e. Dune, Google, open-source indexers) has not known that there are extra transaction receipt fields for OP (l1Fee, l1GasUsed, l1FeeScalar, l1GasPrice)
Should we have this called out in like a “for indexers & data providers” page or something similar? Idk if this would completely solve the problem, but at least it’s something to link to.
P.S. new docs are cool
