adding ssr to cra app

Hello All,

Could you please share more details in the CRA docs on how to add SRR to cra app with the below details:

1. Required packages.
2. Hydrating app.
3. Configuring the server to handle client side routes.
4. Using nodemon and babel to listen to changes to the server and client and refresh the webpage.
5. publishing client to github pages.
