Describe the issue.

I can't seem to find this documented.

It would generally be helpful to have a table somewhere containing each type of message, what it does, and an estimate of GasUsed for that type of message.

Is there any other information we need to know?

This issue will likely mutate into Create table for all messages/states in Filecoin. ProveReplicaUpdate can be found within the specs, although I'm not sure how out-of-date the specs are.
