Steps To Reproduce

  1. Drag Repo URL to Files
  2. Start the clone
  3. See taskbar progress bar isn't started

Files Version

3.9.3.0

Windows Version

10.0.26100.3476

User ID

Do WinAppSDKs have access to the Taskbar Progress APIs right now?

If so, or if all variations of Files can access this API, then I don't see why we shouldn't support it.

No idea if some else is being done but normal operations like move, copy and delete show it on the taskbar

I'm pretty sure the transfer operations are automatically displayed by Windows, but we might be able to do something similar for the custom operations.
