# THE SYMPHONY JAVA CLIENT PROJECT
2+
3+
## COMPANY CONTRIBUTOR LICENCE AGREEMENT ("CCLA")
4+
5+
Thank you for your interest in the Symphony Java Client Parent project
6+
(the "Project"). The Project is an open source software initiative
7+
operated by Deutsche Bank AG, acting through its London branch (the
8+
"Operator") which has the aim providing tooling for Java Symphony
9+
developers.
10+
11+
In order to clarify the intellectual property licence granted with
12+
contributions from any company, the Project must have a CCLA on file
13+
that has been signed by, or on behalf of, each company contributor,
14+
indicating agreement to the licence terms below ("Company
15+
Contributor").
16+
17+
This licence is for your protection as a Company Contributor as well as
18+
the protection of the Project and its users; it does not affect your
19+
rights to use your own contributions for any other purpose.
20+
21+
This version of the CCLA allows a Company Contributor to submit
22+
contributions to the Project and to grant copyright and patent licences
23+
thereto.
24+
25+
Please read this CCLA carefully before accepting its terms. By accepting
26+
the CCLA, you are agreeing to bind the Company Contributor to its terms.
27+
If you want to accept this CCLA, please complete and send a scanned copy
28+
of an original signed CCLA to the Operator at
29+
**Deutsche Bank AG 1 Great Winchester Street EC2N 2DB LONDON GREAT BRITAIN**
30+
marked for the attention of the Project representative. Please keep a copy of the
31+
signed CCLA or your records.
32+
33+
For the purposes of this Project, the Project representatives are:
34+
**Mark Mainwood and Robert Moffat**.

Project aims. Except for the licence granted herein, you reserve all
