Switch between service accounts

It's rather simple. We didn't realise the following doesn't work:

  final options = FirebaseOptions.from({});
  FirebaseApp.configure(name: 'some_app_name', options: options);

We have several apps that would like to use different environments with the touch of a button (dev, alpha, prod), or a drop down of available ones.

The current solution of static installation doesn't work for us (like most developers) because of TestFlight's limitations and it's rather painful to say the least.

It would be nice (like web) if we could just switch the configuration.
