@Sampfluger88 I'm not sure if we can fix this for all users/browsers. I think this could be resolved by adding this note to the page:

Video not loading? Click here to watch on Youtube.

- Updated the 'is-it-any-good' step of the /start questionnaire to
include a link to the embedded video on YouTube (If the embedded video
does not load).
