Custom templates folder location

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Obsidian supports a custom templates location, and while I can tell Obsidian to use .foam/templates/ I would prefer the ability to not tie templates to a particular Markdown editor implementation and be able to choose a templates folder that makes sense for my own projects.

Describe the solution you'd like

Have a user / workplace setting for the VSCode extension that overrides the location for .foam/templates

Describe alternatives you've considered

For example docs/templates may make more sense for a code project, while templates/ may make more sense for a static site generator.
