To be discussed whether we should remove this configuration item.

As indicated in #10454 (comment) current version of Odyssey is --optimism + --prague meaning it does not longer require its own toggle

A counterpoint would be we would want to leave this configuration item as the feature set of Odyssey is fluid.

Yes it will be, but first need to take a decision on whether this is something we will want to do cc @gakonst

For now marking as blocked to prevent unnecessary work
