Automated social media posts

@dsyme mentioned an idea of having random testimonials posted to social media. Are there official F# social media channels we could post to, or would these need to be created? If so who would create the channels and hold the "keys"?

I believe a schedule github action could probably take care of this, and any API keys could be kept in the github repo secrets.

One issue is that the F# community isn't really using X. So are we talking Bluesky, Discord, LinkedIn, Facebook?

There is an "F# Online" account on Bluesky, and could get api key for that, but whet about the others?

There is a dormant F# Software Foundation account on Facebook which I think we could rebrand to F# Online.
