I hope this email finds you well. I'm reaching out regarding an issue with my recent Cursor team subscription.
I recently purchased the Cursor team version and was charged $40. However, when my friend joined the team, I was surprised to find I was charged an additional $40, bringing the total to $80. I wasn't aware that the team version charged per user, and this has unfortunately exceeded my intended budget.
I would like to request a refund for my team subscription and instead purchase the individual Pro version, which would better suit my needs. I don't require the team features - I simply want to use Cursor to enhance my personal productivity.
I appreciate your understanding regarding this confusion and hope you can assist with processing this refund and transition to an individual subscription.
