how to customize Angular-Slickgrid vertical scrollbar's css, such as color, width, thumb color, thumb radius, track color, track radius ??

There is only 1 CSS/SASS variable for the scrollbar color for Light/Dark Mode and that's all there is, the rest is just regular CSS
