Add new post_processed_outputs utilizing dW_th/dt

Involves new versions of P_sol_tot, tauE , offsetting by dW_th/dt and radiation.

Will lead to multiple variants of these terms, since different versions are needed for different use-cases, e.g. to compare H-factors in an apples-to-apples way compared to experimental databases which do not necessarily take these terms into account.

While simple in principle, due to the delicate nature of interpreting these results and deciding which variants of these outputs to include, this is best left to a tokamak domain expert.
