请教开源版支持STS服务么; 我看higress代码中有一个全局配置global.sts.serviceport, 不知道怎么用；
我的目的是想基于用户PAT(personal-access-token )进行身份认证，需要支持RFC 8693 令牌交换协议；不知道在higress中如何实现；
