Home Assistant Core Version

Describe the bug
In the add server/Enter Address Manually:

User is instructed to enter the URL, and they box shows the URL they expect to type in the box. But the connect button is not enabled. This is super-confusing when trying to assist a new user set this up remotely over the phone, they describe the URL as their home assistant instance, and they don't get a connect box.

The literal worst choice possible for the example URL in the input area is http://homeassistant.local:8123, because the user thinks that is what they need and it is already in there.

Suggest either past the actual URL in that box instead of the suggestion/example, or have a control to do so.

Also, since that URL is the one the user expects to enter, why do they have to rekey it?

What is displayed is a placeholder/hint, it's a common way to demonstrate what should be inputed. This doesn't look like a bug to me, more like an enhancement if so, perhaps adding "e.g." before the placeholder
