Describe the bug
When I disable sensors under Settings->Companion app->Sensors, HA still creates the sensors (though they don't seem to populate with data)

In contrast, on the Android, the expected behavior occurs whereby the sensors are not created.
This iOS behavior is desirable as there is no point in cluttering HA database and registries with unwanted sensor.

Plus the apps should be consistent in how they handle disabled sensors.

To Reproduce

  • Install HA Companion app on your i-thing
  • Disable one or more sensors
  • Connect to your HA server
  • Look in states_meta of home-assisstant_v2.db and core.entity_registry to see that sensors created nonetheless

Expected behavior

  • Disabling sensors means they are not created
