Apple Watch scenes and scripts not loading

Model Name: iPhone SE3
Software Version: iOS 18.3.2
App version: 2025.2 and 2025.3 (tried both)

Home Assistant Core Version
2025.3.4

Describe the bug
Scripts and scenes are not updated on the Apple Watch

To Reproduce
Add scripts and scenes on HA iPhone app and refresh configuration on Apple Watch. On Apple Watch I keep staring at a blank screen which reads "No watch configuration available (...)"

Expected behavior
The scenes and scripts show up on the Apple Watch.

Thanks for reporting the issue, before moving forward could you try to delete the watch app and reinstall?

Similar problem occurs when adding new scripts on the configuration, the watch does not change and keeps the cached one.
I can confirm reinstalling the app solves the problem.
