Is this still needed/recommended since Flutter & Firebase now support Swift Package Manager?

I have been using this package to speed up my builds for over a year! Thank you for the great work! ❤️

Now that Flutter supports Swift package manager and Firebase has started producing Swift variants of their plugins, is this package still required/recommended?

(I am not super familiar with Swift packages) Can we mix and match Swift and Cocoapods in Flutter, or until all of my dependencies are migrated to support Swift package manager?

I'm going to reach out and tag @paulb777 on this one as he is the intersection of knowledge of all these cocoapods, spm, firebase-ios-sdk areas, and I wouldn't be surprised if he knew all about the interaction with Flutter as well but I'm not certain on that one. Should people with access to SPM still be using this? Does it matter if / is it even possible for a project to mix cocoapods and SPM in the case some of their dependencies are not SPM yet?

I'm not fully in the loop on the Flutter SPM implementation, but from a Firebase Apple SDK perspective, this repo is not needed with Swift Package Manager. By default, Firebase uses a binary version of Firestore in its Package.swift. See https://github.com/firebase/firebase-ios-sdk/blob/main/Package.swift#L1506
