This issue is part of Epic 3C: Content-focused "close reading" audit.

Conduct a close reading of all the items identified in #324, and generate notes along the way (to be used in creating the report under #326). Make sure that notes include all parameters that we wish to report upon under #326. Also, please see #274 for persona considerations to take into account while conducting this research.
