Disable of Subtiltes doesn't work with non Native or "Force Direct Play" Player

Describe the bug

Prerequisites: I digitalised a Series, with German and English Audio, including subtitles.

Situation:

• Starting an Episode (with default configuration), start with English Audio and German Subtitles.
• by Default I'm unable to disable the Subtitle.
• With "Force Direct Play" I was able to disable the Subtitle. (btw, would love to disable them by default, always)
• With "Native Player" I was able to disable the Subtitle too.

While testing this behaviour I also realised that switching Audio also doesn't work with the default Player configuration.

I have a similar issue, for some reason playback starts with CC or subtitles active, English, with English subtitles, and there is no way to turn them off. On the web UI it turns off, but in Swiftfin on AppleTV it will not turn off.
