Description of the bug

Now using Windows Jellyfin client 1.11.0 without any problem in my Windows 10 Pro 22H2 19045.4170 build.
Upgrade to 1.12.0 by "adminstrator right" withtout any error message.
Mircosoft Visual C++ 2015-2022 (x86) 14.42.34438 is also installed.
After reboot, I can't start the JellyfinMedia Player.
"windows application wan unable to start correctly (0xc0000142)"

It seems libmpv-2.dll has compatibility issue with i7-930 CPU? (old CPU)

Reproduction steps

Upgrade to 1.12.0 by "adminstrator right" withtout any error message.
Mircosoft Visual C++ 2015-2022 (x86) 14.42.34438 is also installed.
After reboot, I can't start the JellyfinMedia Player.

The x64-legacy build which was just added should fix this error. It happened because the version of MPV we upgraded to for the main x64 build doesn't support CPUs without the following instructions:

avx avx2 bmi bmi2 fma lzcnt movbe sse3 sse4 sse4.1 sse4.2 ssse3 xsave sahf mwait crc32 cx16 popcnt f16c
