Database playback_reporting.db stay empty, plugin doesn't work on fresh install

jellyfin version : Version : 10.8.0
plugin version : 10

The plugin doen't work on fresh install. Database stay empty. No weird logs but :
Default journal_mode for "/var/lib/jellyfin/data/playback_reporting.db" is "delete"
and at the end of the viewing :
PlaybackTracker : Adding Stop Event : 05/13/2021 08:20:05
Playback stop but TrackedPlaybackInfo not found! not storing activity in DB

I have just about same problem.

It stoppede working..

Old activity is still there, but new activity is not registered.?
