Plugin creates two collections (Collections and Collections1)

I have a single movies folder and I don't keep duplicate movies in different formats, but for some strange reason this plugin keeps creating two library collections as follows:

In the ProgramData folder there is only a single collections folder.

What could be causing this and is there any way I can resolve it?
