preliminary re-run experiments

Necessary edits before running the experiments with the new prompts.

When passing the model as an argument, now it can have a postfix in form of "_prompt*". This changes the name of the log files to be distinguished from each other.

When I try to run:
.\scripts\script_stepwise_phase123.bat gpt-3.5-turbo-0125_prompt2 5

It want to access to a folder created with dataset name "HumanEval" instead of "HumanEvalComm", and it crashes. We talked about it in the lab.

I will create an issue and another branch for this:
