Is the bug present when using the default Obsidian theme?

No.

Is the bug present when snippets and plugins are disabled?

Yes.

7.7.19

Describe the bug

Highlight active line is broken on ultra wide screens as shown in the screenshot below:

This is a known issue that I probably won't fix. Open to suggestions/PRs but it's trickier than it seems given how Minimal deals with block widths.

I understand. I briefly took a look and couldn't figure out how to fix it. That's why I opened the issue. It's a bit weird to have a max-width limit. It's not embracing responsive design

it works normally only when "Readable line length" is off
