win11 system，dify is installed within docker；
In dify, when adding the ollama custom model, this problem occurs, as shown below:
An error occurred during credentials validation:
HTTPConnectionPool(host='127.0.0.1', port=11434): Max retries exceeded with url: /api/chat (Caused by NewConnectionError('<urllib3.connection.HTTPConnection object at 0x7fc5a59e9310>: Failed to establish a connection: [Errno 111] Connection refused'))

Since ollama's server.log displays the attached image, the following two sentences have been added to dify's.env to try to solve the problem: CUSTOM_MODEL_LIST_API_PATH=/api/tags
CUSTOM_MODEL_CHAT_API_PATH=/api/chat, but the problem still doesn't work.

My problem has been solved, by setting the windows system environment variable, as well as the IP address that I entered incorrectly before, that is, the address of OLLAMA_HOST, I asked IT today, set it as the local IP address, coupled with setting the system environment variable, I can successfully add the local model.
