Change the limit that the user name can contain more than 3 characters and less than 30 characters

1. Is this request related to a challenge you're experiencing? Tell me about your story.

When I change the user name in dify1.1.2 and enter "MA", there will be an error message "Account name must be between 3 and 30 characters.", may I ask how to change this restriction? I use Docker deployment, can I modify this restriction by modifying environment variables without modifying the source code? (Two characters in the Chinese name is very common, can not enter two characters of the name does not meet the real name system management requirements)
