Fixes #123 - old build system.

Removed most of unused stuff:

  - automake/autotools,
  - doc folder,
  - old smoke tests,
  - old scripts for commit-id detection,
  - generated lexer/grammar files,
  - windows solutions/projects.

configure script replaced with stub.
