Windows 11 26120.3671

Describe your issue

In Windows 11 26120.3671 Uniget doesn't work, it doesn't found no installed apps or updates. Only Uniget 3.7 works.

Steps to reproduce the issue

After the Windows update to 26120.3671 it doesn't work.
