对于含有图片的WORD文档，转换后文档内无图片。

MarkitDown 可以加入支持图片的解析，将它转换为 base64（可能会很长）或者将图片提取，在 output 文件夹内保留图片，并在 md 文件内使用 URL 指向图片文件

base64太长了，能不能将图片保存到相对路径以url访问呢

能不能将图片上传到配置的图床，再以url嵌入到文本内呢？
