Allow suppression of Markdown header with the sheet name

When converting a spreadsheet file, apparently the name of the sheet in the file will always get placed before the actual Markdown table as a Markdown header "## NAME"

There should be an option to suppress this which would be useful for conversion of files which only have one sheet and where I just want the Markdown table.
