[Mobile] GPU for Android: Multiple publish output files with the same relative path were found

Describe the issue

The GPU version cannot be deployed to Android. Multiple publish output files with the same relative path were found.
I can't use the non-GPU version because I want my MAUI app to use CUDA on Windows.

To reproduce

Create a new MAUI App named MauiApp4. Install NuGet package Microsoft.ML.OnnxRuntime.Gpu. Build for Android Platform.
