Python: Agents - A2A Sample

As part of our investigation around A2A, we can produce a sample (demo) that will assist in furthering our experience/insight with A2A and also demonstrate to customers how SK can integrate with A2A.

Since the initial work from Google is shown in Python (and TypeScript), it makes sense to start witht a Python sample/demo.

Be great to identify if there's any .NET examples or packages available. While its just a protocol, aligning to a framework (as with MCP) may make a lot of sense.
