console display like gdb

I would like to simulate the printing of commands sent by the plugin to GDB and the responses from GDB in the debug console. How can I achieve this?

Most gdb commands are supported, but you have to prefix the line with a backtick (`) character or -exec command.

Ok. I misunderstood. You want us to print out a kind of transcript of the commands we use to drive gdb. This is not currently achievable as far as I know. You can open a feature request issue if you would like.
